What Happened to Us?

Have you ever wondered what happened to us? How did America end up as the fattest nation in the world? How did we end up as one of the most poorly nutritioned nations in the world? We have all the resources money can buy, we have access to every food known to man, we have access to our modern medicine and all types of medical treatments. However, for some reason, Americans are among the most unhealthy people in the world.

Upon examining the differences between the United States and the other nations of the world, it becomes painfully clear that we have over processed our nutrition -- almost to death. Unfortunately, Americans can't even eat a slice of cheese without ingesting a handful of synthetic chemical components. How can we make a difference in the outlook of national health?

First of all, it's important to note that change begins with one. If you can change your health and your own well-being, you can start to make an impact on the other people around you. In order to meet the true difference in the world you must first make a true difference in yourself. If you decide that it's finally time to take charge of your health, consider your first step to include a whole food vitamin in your everyday routine. Ingesting an organic whole food vitamin each and every day will actually have a dramatic impact on your overall health.

Once you've started taking wholesome vitamin on a regular basis, and might be a good idea to enlist your family in your efforts to change. Consider consulting with your spouse and children about the importance of health and nutrition and the impact it can have on everyone around you. Once you've enlisted your family in your efforts to change, and help with a whole food vitamin regimen, you can make an effort to change your diet and exercise routine.

Remember, starting small is the best way to ensure long term change in the achievement of long-term goals. Don't give up in your efforts to make an impact in the lives of those you love. And no matter what, always make time for yourself. Whether it's through the intake of a whole food vitamin, exercise, or simply a day at the spa, taking care of yourself will better equip you to take care of others.
